What does the $18.95 actually include?
Everything: 150 contacts, 600 outgoing emails per month, a Wiki for shared content, Interactive Groups, a shared calendar, IMAP sync so replies come back to you, and one free Co-Pilot seat for a partner or family member to co-manage the account.
How is this different from a group chat or newsletter?
Group chats are reactive and noisy. Newsletters are broadcasts to audiences. Heartbeat Circle is a private, curated space for a maximum of 150 people — no public feed, no likes, no algorithm deciding who sees what. Just direct connection with people you chose.
Does my price ever go up?
Not if you're a Founding member. Your rate is locked permanently as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and re-subscribe later, you'd rejoin at whatever the current price is at that time.
Do I need to set up DNS or buy a domain?
No. We handle all the technical delivery from Circle@HeartbeatCircle.com. Your friends see your name, your recipients get your emails, and you never touch a DNS record. That's the whole point.
Can my spouse, partner, or adult kid manage our Circles?
Yes. Every account comes with one free Co-Pilot — a shared user who can send Heartbeats, edit the Wiki, and manage the calendar. They can't access billing or account settings; that stays with the account owner.
